How do I book accommodation at Zen Pet Club?

Reservations can be made via WhatsApp at 0770583776 or at contact@zenpetclub.ro.
They can also be done
directly at our location located in- Toamnei street 18, Bragadiru (Ghencea Extension area).

We will answer your questions between reception opening hours: Monday-Friday: 8-19, Saturday-Sunday 8-17.

What conditions must a dog meet in order to be accommodated ?

The conditions for the accommodation of the puppy are:

  • to be used to living indoors
  • to be sociable with furries of his size

The conditions for the kitten's accommodation are as follows:

  • to have a mandatory vaccination schedule (due or done at least 14 days before accommodation)
  • deworming (internal and external) within the term

What are the check-in/check-out times?

Check in :
Monday - Friday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 3.00 PM– 5.00 PM

Check out:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 3pm – 5pm

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE THESE HOURS WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONALLY with 50% of one night's accommodation.

*CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT  CANNOT BE MADE OUTSIDE OF THE RECEPTION SCHEDULE (example: 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 p.m.)

Why is it necessary to pay a fee for "early" check in / "late" check out?

The early check-in/late check-out fee is applied to cover the additional costs associated with preparing the room early or keeping it available after the standard check-out time.
This ensures flexibility for customers and allows us to efficiently manage the cleaning and maintenance schedule.
Paying an early check-in or late check-out fee allows us to organize resources and staff so that we are ready for your arrival or departure.

What animals do you accommodate?

We only offer accommodation for dogs and cats.

Can we come for a visit before making a booking?

Sure, will wait with love to meet!
Visits se can only be made in the base of a scheduling in in advance and only in the reception program.

What happens if he runs out of food?

What should I bring from home?

Our staff is trained to recognize signs of discomfort or health problems.

Will anyone play with the cat during the stay?

Every day we guarantee at least 5 minutes play and love session for each kitten.

For extra play time and companionship, we offer the Cat sitter service.

Can you pick up my dog / cat?

Yes! We make sure that your pet is taken from home, subsequently benefits from our accommodation services and at the end, he will return home in the best condition.

* The pet must be accompanied (brought) by the owner to the Zen Pet Club transport car.

* Pet Taxi service is offered for the city of Bucharest and Ilfov County.

Can you administer treatment?

Yes, we only administer oral and topical treatment (external use, applied directly to the skin)

We can only administer the treatment between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m

We do not administer injectable treatments

*We only administer treats to cats if they take them with food.

This service (medical treatment) is for a fee.

The rate is 40 lei/day.

What happens if my furry causes damage to the room where he is staying?

The damage caused in their rooms by the furry (valid only for dogs) will be subsequently borne by their owners in the amount of the value of the destroyed object or/and the cost of the repair work.

Ex: destruction of the floor.

Can you give the furries a spa session?

Yes, this service is scheduled, in the limit of availability, with the little 48 hours before the day of departure (check-out ).

What activities will my dog have at the hotel?

At Zen Pet Club , we ensure that every puppy has part of a stay full of fun activities. These vary in depending on preferences and the needs of every quadruped.
In the hotel's standard program, furries have part of 3 exits to play which totals about 2 hours of activities in the outer spaces.
In plus, you can opt for other additional services, such as:

  • for energetic puppies, we recommend Extra Play in the play areas;

What is the cancellation policy for a booking?

Accommodation can be booked on the basis of the order issued by the CLIENT and accepted by ZEN PET CLUB with an accepted advance (guarantee) of the first two nights of accommodation. If the reservation is only for one night, the equivalent will be paid.

The deposit is considered non-refundable and does not apply to other bookings.
