How do I book accommodation at Zen Pet Club?

What conditions must a dog meet in order to be accommodated ?

The dog needs to have a complete vaccination scheme including the kennel cough vaccine (done 14 days prior to the accommodation if he does not already have one in term), internal and external deworming.
All this information must be found in the dog's health card that you will present at the check in.
In order to be able to provide the best care, you will need to inform us of any health condition before booking the room.

Also, the pet must be sociable with people.

What conditions must a kitty meet in order to be accommodated ?

***Check in’s and check out’s made outside these hours will be charged 50% of a night of accommodation.


Why do I have to pay a fee for early check in or late check out?

If our guests arrive before or leave after check-in/out times, this can disrupt our schedule and routine. Paying an early check-in or late check-out fee allows us to organize resources and staff so that we are prepared for your arrival or departure and provide you with excellent services.
These fees help cover the additional costs associated with additional care for your pet.

Additional costs are created due to the use of other accommodation spaces for delayed or for those who arrive earlier.
These spaces require additional cleaning and management operations, hence the additional fees; these fees also reflect our additional responsibility in the hours exceeded.

What animals do you accommodate?

We can take care of rodents parrots and other cage birds.

Can we come for a visit before making a booking?

Of course! We would even be glad to get to know each other before !
To ensure that we have time to provide you with as much information as possible, we recommend a phone call in advance to schedule your visit.

Do you accept any breeds?

We have the facilities and qualified staff in such a way that we can ensure the best care for any dog breed.

What happens if my pet doesn't have enough food?

We will report the problem to you. We will manage the situation. We can provide him with food from our Pet Shop, which you will pay for at the end of the accommodation.

Is my furry under constant surveillance ?

There are staff in the building at all times but who only intervene in emergency/force majeure situations.

As you know, you can opt for the extra webcam option that allows you watch your pet constantly.

In order to respect the rest hours of the puppies and not to disturb their sleep schedule, the employees circulate as little as possible in the premises between 22.00 and 07.00.

What should I bring from home?

What happens if medical problems occur?

We do everything to keep your dog/cat safe. Our staff is trained to identify problems. In case of a medical problem, we will be trying to get in touch with you first and together to manage the situation.

If we can't find you, we'll contact your vet (from the accommodation details) or the ambulance service collaborator. In case of emergency we will immediately

intervene with accredited medical personnel and then inform you about this.

What is the minimum age of a dog if we want to make a booking?

Our main concern is the welfare and safety of our guests, so we can host any furry regardless of age if it has the full vaccination schedule and if he is in a good health condition.

Will anyone play with the cat during the stay?

Every day we guarantee at least 5 minutes play and love session for each kitten.

For extra play time and companionship, we offer the Cat sitter service.

Can you pick up my dog / cat?

Yes! We make sure that your pet is taken from home, subsequently benefits from our accommodation services and at the end, he will return home in the best condition.

* The pet must be accompanied (brought) by the owner to the Zen Pet Club transport car.

* Pet Taxi service is offered for the city of Bucharest and Ilfov County.

Can you give treatment to my pet?

We can administer oral treatments * in the form of pills or or solutions* , and external treatments.*
In these cases the treatment should be organized by you on days and hours ) in special or bags or boxes.
* We can administer the treatment only between 8.00 – 20.00

We do not administer injectable treatments.
* We only give treats to cats if they take them with their a food.

* This service (drug treatment) is charged. The price is 30 lei / day.

What happens if my furry causes damage to the room where he is staying?

The damage caused in their rooms by the furry (valid only for dogs) will be subsequently borne by their owners in the amount of the value of the destroyed object or/and the cost of the repair work.

Ex: destruction of the floor.
