From the simple booking process to details about conditions and facilities, we invite you to explore this information to prepare an unforgettable experience for your companions.

CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION

1. What conditions must my cat meet?

• • have the mandatory vaccination schedule (due or done at least 14 days before accommodation)
  • deworming (internal and external) within the term

2. What conditions does my puppy have to meet?

• • • to be used to living indoors
    • to be sociable with furries of his size and with people

      - the vaccine against kennel cough made at least 14 days before the day of accommodation, if he does not already have one within the deadline.
    • if she is an unspayed female, we cannot house her during or around her menstrual cycle.

* All vaccinations/dewormings must be found in the health card, which you will present at the accommodation.

ROOM RESERVATION

The reservation can be made exclusively via WhatsApp at the number 0770583776 or at contact@zenpetclub.ro and will include:

• name and surname of the owner
• your phone number and address (we need it for invoice)
• Pet's name
• breed and age of the pet
• the period of accommodation
• all additional services requested (eg: early check in/late check out, webcam, pet sitter, transport etc. ) if appropriate.

In order to reserve a room, an advance payment is required, representing the equivalent of two nights' accommodation, which is non-cancellable and non-transferable at any time after the booking is made (it cannot be transferred to a subsequent reservation). If the reservation is only for one night, the equivalent will be paid.

The value of unpaid nights and optional services will be paid at check-in.

If the reservation also includes the transport of the furry from home to the Zen Pet Club hotel, the invoice issued will include all costs related to accommodation and any optional services. This must be paid in full at the time of booking. The Zen Pet Taxi service is scheduled at least 2 days before the accommodation.
*for transport emergencies (scheduling on the same day) a fee of 100 lei will be applied.

In order for the reservation to be confirmed, it is necessary to write the payment details, the invoice number and send us the proof of payment once made to contact@zenpetclub.ro or on Whatsapp.

Failure to pay the advance or full payment (as the case may be) within the stipulated period, leads to the automatic cancellation of the reservation [click for Reservation and Cancellation Policy]
Zen Pet Club SRL does not undertake to remind the client of the due date of the invoices.

HOME LUGGAGE

• health card
• his usual food or you can buy it from our pet shop.
• the sand (for cats) or you can buy it from our pet shop
• anything you think makes him/her feel at home is welcome

ACTIVITY

At Zen Pet Club, we make sure every pup has a stay full of fun activities. These vary according to the preferences and needs of each four-legged friend.
In the hotel's standard program, the furry ones have 3 outings to play which add up to about 2 hours of outdoor activities.
In addition, you can opt for other additional services, such as:

  • for energetic puppies, we recommend Extra Play in the play areas;
  • for those who want more human interaction, we recommend Pet sitting;
  • during the summer, for lovers of water sports you can opt for Aqua Play, an activity much loved by most furries.
